Do down-syndrome people have diffrent or a weird amount of certain proteins in them

Down-syndrome people have one more chromesone then a normal person so wouldent it make sense that their mRNA also would be diffrent and that would mean that proteins would get created diffrently???

Would they have higher or lower amounts of certain proteins from it???
