no clue, but anything that will harm your overall physical health will harm your physical development
and obviously your mental health affects your physical health, there is nobody who is extremely unhealthy but still physical healthy, or extremely physical healthy but mentally unhealthy
Like, popping a benzo at a party won't do shit, getting a benzo addiction at 15 might cost you an inch

but he probably took drugs regularly, which may have
there are plently of 5'4 men out there who have had proper nutrition and health growing up
being short does not equal being unhealthy or having poor development
