yes its terrible for triceps, its more of a compound moveement but i felt my ribcage stretch alot, it should push out scapula if the ribs extend which will push delts out and will give the illusion of larger frame permanently

Its not terrible for triceps, pjr pullover works the triceps longhead extremely well, stop listening to jeff nippard
