do electrolytes play a role in debloating?

i’m trying to get a leaner face however my body fat is already kinda low and i’m wondering if electrolytes are bad for debloating.

tbh i don’t exercise but ive heard drinking electrolytes without exercising will cause bloat (whether this is true or not idk). also if i do exercise should i take electrolytes after or before in order to have better results with debloating.

probably sodium , potassium , magnesium. thinking abt santa cruz’s electrolytes but they’re so high in sodium (1g) and only have 200mg of potassium
