They are called African American, I've met once a Nigerian who considered the term African offensive, he claimed he was African American.

Depends on where they come from. Somalis do, but haven't noticed the same phenomenon with other blacks. Most European blacks are really nice tbh, I just don't like the idea of tightening competition for finite amount of women.
