Do european plastic surgeons even exist?!

Every time I search for a procedure,especially jaw implants or Bellafill I rarely find any european surgeon,at maximum I may find someone in Turkey but they have mixed reviews and they seem untrustworthy.Where can I find european doctors,better if they are in the mainland?
