Until like 15 i was always the shortest kid out of all and i also had a peanut dick, then i started late puberty and during late teens i also ate like pig and bloated up to over 100kg but my height rose to 6 foot in a short span and my dick doubled in size. I would say for people to eat lots of meats, fish, eggs and dairy during puberty. You don't need to get fat like i did but good nutrition is very important during puberty for a proper development and for reaching a full potential during it.
