Do eye cremes actually work?

I tend to have red skin after I shower and when I look indoors the mirror my eye area look kinda like dark and pale

I have a super similar problem, there is this under eye creme that Manish on YT recommended. If you aren't already getting heaps of sunlight and sleeping good then that is the first problem to solve.

Sunlight is actually a game changer though, it evens out your skin tone pretty well.
