I read somewhere that fillers get absorbed by the body, in other sources I read that fillers go under tissue into different parts of the skull/face etc.

So the Filler doesnt get "absorbed" by thr tissue, but rather it goes under away hiding in different parts of the face/skull.

There will always be a small amount that remains, and yeah they will shift to other parts of the face.

They migrate. If you used ha fillers, they can, and should, be dissolved before refilling. Migration and repeated refilling are what cause that bloated plastic surgery look that rich housewives are famous for—they end up with filler across their whole face.

So, Golden Glass, you would advice against for fillers? But you said ha fillers should dissolve.

Would good Filler work give same result as a surgey?

Im no filler expert, but I would get ha fillers, and if I ever go and get refills, I’d have the filler I currently have dissolved, because it likely migrated across my face.

It won’t dissolve on its own, at least not for a very long time, it will just migrate to another region of your face. And the more refills you get without dissolving, the more filler build up there will be in parts of your face you did not want augmented with filler in the first place—Again, this is what happens with rich soccer moms who get that overdone look after many years of filler.

How can you get them properly dissolved if they migrate elsewhere though?

They can do an imaging scan which shows where the filler moved to. I forget what type though.

Damn. Is that going to cost significantly more money to get that done though?

Sure, it could cost several hundred dollars at a minimum. You'll also have a hard time finding a filler doctor that actually knows the filler migrates instead of dissolves.

Fuck. Brutal. At that rate it’s probably better to wait until you can just spend the money on permanent options.

Do you think getting undereye and upper eyelid fillers done a few times until I can afford surgery with Taban will have noticeable long term effects?

I don't know. This is something you could ask a filler doctor on a consult. Find one and try to come up with a plan that fits your budget.

I think migration isn't the case with lower third fillers.
Also, dissolvent also kills our natural HA so it's not recommended except absolutely necessary.

Seriously? I’d never heard that

I read that on realself.

Don't worry they don't migrate in all cases - some never do, esp thick fillers like voluma, volux.
I just searched on real self and it seems to be a mixed bag—like 90% of responses assure there’s no change to your natural ha, or that if there is any, it will be restored naturally Within a few weeks. I’ll look more into it, thanks for your original response though, bc of it I’m going to do more research(y)
