Do flat maxilla’s actually matter i've been having breakdowns at my maxilla because i don't know if it’s flat or good you know, I’m going to my dentist in a week for my checkup and to ask if my maxilla is recessed or not i cant tell but if it is does anyone have any suggestions on what surgery i could get for it i highly doubt it’s recessed but im being cautious

Maxillary forward growth has a direct effect on facial measurements like interpupilary distanxe and bizygomatic width, which in turn can determine ratios like eye spacing ratio and midface ratio. A flat maxilla doesn’t matter by itself, but how it affects the frontal proportions absolutely does.

it's probably not bro, also don't think about getting things like bimax or lefort, these procedures are very intensive and usually unnecessary.

Show us a pic, and imo maxilla is not the worst thing to be recessed, although some people make it out to be. It's probably not even that bad tbf
