Was in the gym today sitting on the bench in front of the mirror doing seated military dumbbell press.
While I’m mid set, a foid comes and positions herself 2 feet next to me. Plenty of space around, other mirrors free. She stays there the whole time she was doing some useless workout jfl. Just some light, almost random movements with dumbbells, low effort, long pauses — looked more like filler or pretending to do exercises than an actual workout.
