The calories themselves are hardly significant but manufacturers have to make sure not to get sued for allergies so they'll likely disclose on the label.

Calories have no effect on body composition. They are the heat dispersed when combusted in your body. Humans can’t use heat for metabolic processes.

In short, trying to track calories is a waste of time.

The calories in spices and herbs are hardly significant nigga. All thr calories in foods comes from protein, fats(oil,butter) and simple carbs.
