Honestly just try to bribe a surgeon into giving you Lefort 2 under the table. Giants waiting list is far too long.

Lefort 2's with implants would have a similar impact to Lefort 3's. I wonder why surgeons aren't trying to advance the Lefort 2 surgery with innovation.
