Has anyone actually seen some progress from those things?
i jus tspam reps with them when watching a video or whatever.
 
they are pretty ass they work as long you are week but its hard to achive failiure without doing way to many reps and many reps arent good for hyprothrophy also you usually cant overload them so no do forarm curls

Only good if you have many grippers you can progress on, like every exercise you need progressive overload and stimuli to see growth. Many reps are only good if your goal is endurance or to get a pump
