I heard people say they're bad for your spine and knees is this true? I've never worn them just curious

yeah, ngl

i fraud almost 2-2.5 inches

1 inch insoles (not noticeable actually) inside of AF1 shoes

lowkey sometimes by the end of the day my lower back will be a bit sore and aching

overtime they can probably cause issues

except generally i feel fine, and my gait isnt much differnet

perhaps my posture got a bit more leaned forward

been wearing them to school recently, and also in public if im with my girl/on a date

the insoles are not that big (only 1 inch) so its not actually that uncomfortable,

my back pain is also from my heavy ass backpack i take to school

im 6'0 barefoot,

but its nice to be taller than 95% of people you see on the street, especially on a date/in public (6'2.2 is in the 95th percentile of height)

thing is i'm only 5'10 barefoot

Insoles are a looksmin, if you wear them for an extended period of time you'll destroy your whole torso, thus decreasing your baseline height. If your pelvis and ribcage are misplaced everything else is as well, including your head and neck. If you think about it it's pretty obvious that putting your body in an unnatural position for a long time cannot possibly be good for you.
