Do highschool "spotted" instagram pages exist in your country?

Almost every school in Italy has an instagram page called "spotted_name_of_the_school" if you find someone in the school that you like but don't know the name you just write a description of that person to the administrator of that page, the administrator posts the description on the page and whoever knows the name of that person writes it in the comments.
The person who sent the description however is anonymous, someone wrote my description on that page including the number of the class I go in... But I don’t know her name I hope she's hot.
