If a girl is smiling at you and keeps the eye contact you certainly are getting signals that you can approach. If she looks away or acts disgusted when you stare at them then she thinks you are unattractive

When my looks peaked as HTN I had a girl on street approach me asking me to get with her friend but she was drunk so prob doesn't count. I was then walking the friend back to my house which meant I was a 5 minute walk away from fucking her and the retard who approached me in the first place started screaming her friends name from the other end of the street until she went back to her

yes girls approach, and if they don't approach then they make it extremely obvious they want you to talk to them like by intense staring for however long it takes

that being said, a girl just walking up to you randomly on the street and being like "can I get your number" is not an everyday occurrence for anybody, more likely they just start random conversations with you if anything, not an overt direct "let's bang bb"

I was in a bar recently and one woman gave me eye contact (even perhaps a slight smile), it felt fucking great. (This is super-seldom, don't remember last time this happened. Did nothing cause i am afraid, but also cause i had date there)

(just wanna add that i get laid, for people reading thinking you have to have this effect on woman to get any sex)
