I had my first smartphone back in November 2013 and since that day it's very hard for me to focuse on watching tv, for example.

In the old days they didn't have phones, they were forced to chat with others, now smartphones offer more than any human being can offer, there are some sci-fi books that depict humans in the future completely cut from each other - they only interact in real life with robots, spend time in virtual reality to have fun, etc. - this is the future we are heading for...

Where is the proof irl?

we're drifting further and further everyday, being torn away by superficial ideas such as waking up 08:00 and working for 3 hours, then doing pretend work for an additional 3 hours, women can swipe and find the best guy in the city, men have no incentive to talk to women.

i strongly reccomend watching vintage italian movies, you'll see how excited they become when they see the shadow of a woman. Now it's common to have access to millions of womens naked bodies.

People like socializing until status, work and ego come into play. It's no fun talking to people who don't validate you and you feel like they're wasting your time. Subhumans, of course, will feel this way more than others.

People socialize less often because there is less opportunities. In America for example, third places (places people just hang out when not at work or home) are practically extinguished. You have to drive everywhere and it's a hassle, before people would just leave their house and they're right next to a coffee shop or a move theater, all in walking distance.

City planning (car centric in this case) is just one aspect of capitalist atomization.

As a kid, I had no want to avoid socializing, that has been drilled into me. I realize that isolation has been hurting me so I seek out socializing when I can even 'small talk' is pursued. Just talking to random strangers uplifts my spirits otherwise I'm depressed and have no hope in life.
