do i absolutely need ai for heightmaxxing

i can't consistently get blood tests so in order not to stunt my brain development i decided on not using ai entirely. can i get away with not using ai with 6iu hgh since its for avoiding plate closure?
i just turned 15, my plates are open will be so for the next few years
