This is with my hair done and better light, idk if I shouldn’t have my hair up, it lengthens my face, I wasn’t a good looking kid, but I was a demon when I ascended into my 20s and the Army lol. You guys are all very kind on here. Thanks for the advice

also "unc" your facial features have great harmony, however you clearly have a recessed maxilla due to obvious nasolabial folds, and even worse orbital recession, especially supraorbitals (browridge)

you dont "need" anything as your already GL, but facial implants would do wonders for you, would also recommend nose slimming/mouth widening for softmaxxing

I’m working on getting a Lefort 1/double jaw surgery with custom Marpe at the moment, the cost is about 20k but this will likely improve everything considerably. Thoughts on this? As I have everything planned, I just need to pat for it lol

forget the marpe, too much of a headache and not worth the cortisol. lefort 1 could be beneficial but will only advance your lower jaw, in the picture you presented it is much more apparent that you need maxilla growth (lefort 2 would be better)

if you present a side profile i can give you much better information

aside from surgery, tell me about your plan regarding hair as thats more important, how thin is your moms hair? are you already starting to face thin corners? if so blast dut, or if ur just gonna get a turkish hair transplant, that works too

Because of the damage done, I’m also on covered for being completely disabled due to my head injury. But it only affects some aspects of my life. It’s hard to explain but they’ll cover it, I’m trying to get them to pay for the whole thing at the moment but it’s not looking good for the whole amount lol but I’ll try, I do need braces so I wanted to maximise the outcome with the Lefort

I’d say you’ve pretty much already ascended. Without any other pictures or seeing a side profile, all I’d say is apply topical minoxidil to make your eyebrows denser, change your hairstyle to the one in the picture (your current hairstyle stretches out your face), take off the piercing and chain, start using tazarotene for your skin, and get a subtle tan with MT1 (since you can’t tan on tazarotene).

Or you could also, optionally, keep your pale ish skin. It also suits you well. It's up to you.
