Do you think I need wider jaw angles or is a regular trimax enough?
I'd go with Raffaini because I really like his results and reputation but he doesn't offer any jaw widening. Ramieri on the other hand offered 1-2mm condylar torque and the option to get implants later if still needed.

Yeah. If you can afford the widening, get it.

Condylar torquing doesnt make big difference but implants will
