im 15, im 181cm, i can probably grow a couple cms more, do i cut to 12 % bf now or 3 months before summer starts? if i start now ill maybe not grow to my maximum potential but ill not have a puffy face but if i cut before summer my growth plates will probably be closed by then and ill maximize growth instead of leanness
