Well it's kind of a long complicated topic but you want to of course find decent prices. You can get prebuilts if you want but never let the price trick you. Look at the specs, cyberpower is a good place to start looking. I would honestly recommend buying the parts because it's more fun and makes you understand how pieces work more etc. Lots of good tutorials on this stuff though. Don't cheap out, save up so you can have enough money to buy the best of the best pc you can enjoy forever or for a looong time

Tbh if you didnt enjoy 2018, I don't think you'd like ragnarok. 2018 does have a really slow start, I tried a 2nd playthrough of it and gave up half an hour into the game.

Ragnarok mogs though, I'm on my 2nd playthrough and still enjoying it
