I think your social anxiety is a much bigger problem than your slight NDness. if that was gone your ND level isn't even that big of a problem and you'd be chill. i am however basing these claims of your posts on an internet forum for autists alike, so I wouldn't know how its like speaking to you face to face.

yeah I behave the same way on here as school. What I will admit is that I can't fully contain my ND sometimes. Before I talk to any foids, especially the GL ones I legit watch looksmaxxing blackpill edits saved on my phone to hype myself up

I think you said you have some friends at school where you can practice conversations NT behaviour, before you build up, obviously easier said than done. mogs me though, I'm a loner at my school.
