Sure, but really there isnt improvement for me right now that I can do optionally, except maybe hydrocortisone for my nose, my main failos is chin projection and ESR, 50-51. Im getting an orthodontic appliance to fix my overbite+deepbite , which would hopefully add more chin projection, if my Zygos grow, my esr would go down and eyes would look centered. My lower third hasnt started developing as im not in tanner 4 yet. So right now there isnt optional improvement for me
