do it 3-5x a week, start slow with 5-10 mins with 10-20cm distance between face and panel

i just keep my eyes closed, red light alone shouldnt go that deep to fuck up your eyes, take care ir you got near infra red (nir) activated tho, then i would use glasses

if your skin is dark (3 or more on the fitz patrick scale) then dont do NIR on your face as it can cause hyperpigmentation

Nah it should come with eye protectants which you put on the mask when you first assemble it , if not then dont worry about it
