went gym yesterday still sore, today ive eaten only 600 cal and 40g of protein, is it worth starving myself and eating tommorow or just eating some goyslop fried food , its 11pm and i sleep in 2 hours

Eat the goyslop, bad food is better then no food in your case

Im aiming to lose weight tho
eating unhealthy food especially before bed is bad for you and will hinder results
starving is just as bad for you but will keep u looking slim
eat a big breakfast tmrw though

If you act wanna make gains and loose fat EAT!!!!! only 600 Cal in that day and 40g of protein?!?! Your gonna stay a fat chud due you not eating enough and still going to the gym which is gonna get NO gains and the little to no eating with the training while malnourished is gonna spike that fucking cortisol and keep you a chud forever! Figure out your maintenance calories and subtract 300-500 off and get good sleep lift good eat good and do your dam cardio.
 
Your calorie deficits don't mean shit.

You're eating junk with no micronutrients.

You can't eat a calorie as they're units of heat.

You're doing everything wrong.
