Do I feel hot easily or is my house just hot?

My mom makes the temperature 74 Fahrenheit or 23.3 Celsius and I’m always sweating. I feel I am heat-intolerant, or is she just ridiculous to have it so hot? I prefer 66-69 Fahrenheit or 18.9 to 20.6 Celsius.
