Do I fix my bimaxillary protrusion? (Minor, Dental, No Lip Incompetence)

I have a minor dental bimaxillary protrusion with no lip incompetence and my orthodontist said he could fix it with only braces, do you guys generally reccomend fixing minor bimaxillary protrusion cases ?

Yeah orthodontist said he could fix with only braces he js gotta extract 2 baby premolars (not permanent), although I heard minor bimax with no lip incomp is good cause it makes lips fuller, philtrum look shorter, etc, so would you reccomend fixing it ?

Hmm yeah, I’ve done some and I’m really on the fence about it so I decided to see if anyone on org had a better idea, cause the trade off is a more convex side profile

maybe you can look into TADs but I don't know your case so you can decide with your orthodontist, if its a bone issue then you might need some kind of surgery to fix it

Uh well he can fix it with only braces, and it’s a dental issue not skeletal
