Do I get all 4 wisdom teeth removed?

My lower right wisdom tooth is impacted and I've only been able to stop its pain by being on medication. The doctors want me to remove all 4 because they said it would case problems later on.

The issue is this: my dad wants me to only get that one removed so they don't scam more money out of us, but I know the pain of that one impacted tooth won't go away unless I get it removed for good but that would mean removing all 4 to keep everything balanced

What am i supposed to do?

that's what im thinking lol and the doctor was insistent that my jaw would remain the same when i asked him. did you get all 4 removed?

yes i did and thank god this is a unique experience its a pain but just explain to your dad its important and not a scam

np, no its just that your face gets swelled but after you go back to normal just with less teeth it doesnt affect jaw
