expander wont actually expand maxilla, it only changes teeth, a MARPE or MSE actually drills into you and changes widens you maxilla, but hurts a lot, you should check out bwython on tiktok he just got a MARPE. it will barely make your nose wider. MSE more than MARPE

Your main concern is nose size, which def makes MSE riskier. MARPE is ussaly gentler and more precise, so nasal widening is usually minimal.
