i have a bad overbite, which causes a slight look of a underdeveloped chin
i want to get damon braces but they are like 15k and i heard that regular braces cause recession
ive been mewing since 5th grade (now in 10th) and have seen improvement in my overbite, wondering if good posture could fix it overtime

i dont know the severity of your bite but because of your overbite, you’re probably gonna have to get bite blocks (temporary) and class ii elastics to begin with, which both cause downward growth. i’ve only done quick research and am speaking from my personal experience though so don’t completely trust me.
