Do I get MARPE?

I'm considering MARPE as it is the least invasive solution to my problems being esr fwhr and a long midface however my palate is not horribly narrow around 33mm and my teeth are straight I also have issues with breathing but that could be caused by something else. I'm also 18 so development is not going to save me and I dont have any other big issues with my facial harmony

Only get marpe if your palate is narrow no other reason or youll look worse

average for 18 is 35-45 so Im 2 under and I also self measured so its not 100% accurate
