They will definitely change significantly , a palate expander decreases the hollow appearance by widening the upper jaw, which pushes the cheekbones outward.

it doesn't look that narrow to me

also be aware that palate expander will widen ur gap even further and you'll 100% need braces to close it

I’ll see if I need a palate expander i probably won’t get one cause I think I look good enough for my age and puberty will help me grow more bones
