Do I get rhino to save myself

Ignore the cooked skin, got ruined from some makeup from a shoot.
Is rhino my only option to fix my horror side profile, I know everything is recessed anyway, but I reckon rhino would let me be mmtn at least. Do you think it’s worth it?

2. Nothing is recessed
3. Yes u do have a prominent dorsal hump u can fix that with fillers or rhino
