Do i get surgery on my lower jaw?

I have the option to get surgery on my lower jaw as it grew more than my upper jaw leading to a misalignment in my bite and a slight lisp, will the surgery cook me even more considering my hyoid bone is high set and same with my ass gonial angle (ignore the cheekbite its cope)

they are talking abt when you only get the upper jaw moved in a tiny advancement bc the surgeon is correcting airway or bite issues in a odd way. this is different for your lower jaw they plan 3D scans bite stims soft tissue predic etc they will alr know how your face will sit before they even start. your good g
