I got fat asf and all I’ve been doing is calorie deficit and some cardio like sprinting and walking.
Should I start lifting weights too? I don’t want to just look skinny fat when I’m doing leanmaxxing, but if I’m in a deficit will I even build muscle? I want to looked toned and not skinny fat
