Sorry for spaming but i really really need to looksmax in order to fuck as many foids as possible as an tense aspie(i can't drinking everyday for foids to de-inhib and being loose so i can fuck them with psl scale looks i currently have)so only thing i can do it's deablot and improve my nose if i can do such thing and no ended up looking worse or the same in psl scale for overall.I had a consultation with the two of doctors one for the rhinoplasty and the second with the one who doing dermal fillers for a nose and the dermal fillers doctor tell me i gonna have bigger nose after the injection but the hook it's gonna invisible.The doctor who doing a rhinoplasty surgery tell me he must shave off the bone vertically and horizontally and the hook also gonna be invisible and i gonna have smaller nose after the operation,but as i read on this site many people get unmatched("feminine")to their faces noses after they do rhinoplasty and i don't really sure i gonna benefit from rhinoplasty if nose i get don't gonna fit with my face but also i dont really sure the dermal fillers also gonna looksmax me since they make the nose bigger.I don't wanna ended up looking like a subhuman but i really wanna try to be a chad or be closer to a chad tbh.So question is:it's make the hook invisible it's worth to get "more feminine" or bigger nose that i curently have
