13 years old. Really unconfident but I’m not completely sure of my biggest problems besides for bloat, recessed infras(i think), and of course the forehead. I usually look a bit lighter but I was sunburnt in this picture, my acne has also gotten a bit worse. Really need help on what I can do that obviously isn’t surgery.

You are only 13 so i only suggest you fix ur diet, grow ur eyebrows via minoxidil, grow ur hair out and get better sleep

You are only 13 so i only suggest you fix ur diet, grow ur eyebrows via minoxidil, grow ur hair out and get better sleep

Start with 2% and if u dont see a noticeable difference switch to 5

Avoid processed foods at all costs, cut the sugar down, and have a diet which covers the amount of nutrients needed
