You have slight downward growth, but your forward growth isnt bad by any means

In terms of achieving forward growth without surgical intervention? No. You are limited by your genetics, no PED, thumbpulling or nonsense like that will stimulate forward growth. Your skull has mostly completed growth by age 5

At best you can achieve some forward growth via orthodontics (herbst appliance, RPHG combined with MARPE), however you need to actually be candidate for these, you cant just larp your way to getting it.
