looking to get a le fort 1 combined with a genioplasty when i turn 21 but first i need to be sure i 100% need it.

ps: is the flatness visible from the front?

No your mandible looks more recessed than anything

your mental protuberance slopes downward which is why your chin looks tall from the side, if you didn't have this it would probably be too short from the front so it's not a bad thing in your case and you wouldn't benefit from fixing it.
