So, maxilla can grow till 20/22; that means i can increase it to that age

How do i increase its forward growth?

I am taking saw palmetto and gymaxxing and sunmaxxing for testosterone

I am thumbpulling and mewing

bonesmashing my zygos and chin and area in front of eye and slightly above

What else should I do?

You aren’t too young to get surgery, it is probably affecting your airway and will negatively affect your development even further

U should prob just get surgery if it’s that bad. Depending on what country u live in u might get a free one

how old are you if you're still in puberty dont forget to keep an active lifestyle nigga dont fuck up your hormones by rotting in ur bed everyday
