I’d recommend intraoral opening wedge bony genio instead of bsso for your lower third. Infra rim implants could also work. It might even give a look similar to LFI. I don’t really think fat distribution is your issue tho

Yeah, I guess I'm confused about undereyes. When I smile, my bags look inflated, but resting they're dark and recessed, so I don't know the balance between orbital bone support and eye bags.

Use tinted suncreen and self tanner for better tan. Also dye your eyebrows they look a bit unbalanced and Make sure you try to lengthen your lashes and dye them too.
