Do I have a good base?

16, Male, Wasian (Chinese, white), 5'9
Indiamart Package otw (Tret, latisse, estriol, azelaic, etc.) so ignore slight acne, it will be fixed
First picture is unfrauded, breaking out because of sweat and dirt accumulation (forgot to cleanse and shower after long shift)
I'm looking for ideas on how to get better looking and pointing out areas for improvement, any method helps
Open to questions and criticisms.
My biggest flaw I would say is my eyebrow being spaced too far from my eye, facial bloating, and straight dry hair.
