Do i have a growth disorder?

Since last year (The year i got a tendon surgery) Around the start of july 2024 i got a surgery for my tendons AND feet with the purpose of correction, my tendon was short but at the time gave me tiptoes and made me standing naturally 178(5'10) at 13. I had to get corrective rods in my leg for a month and got them removed in august. Since then my muscles were starting to function like they normally did so i can jump run again rn the problem is that since the time i got it i havent noticed any growth signs and ive been only putting on bodyhair did the surgery stunt my puberty and teenage growth completely even tho i have childish features (like hand,feet being smaller than both my parents) did i finish growing

go to endocrinologist, people on org dont have xray vision for (grippers) your e2, test, lh, fsh , hgh and igf-1 hormones
