Hi i can send u a private picture of me could u say if i have a slight long midface or a highly long midface i know its longer than the average but idk if its truly fucked or if zygo and jaw implants could save me and make me look like a tall skull instead of looking like a horse face

Yes they do, the midface only gives the illusion of horse face
