Your midface ratio is good. It's like 36x36 or 35x36. So between 0.97 to 1, not bad at all. Your forehead it's too broad but kinda short. Like 30x in height and 70x-71x in width, the ideal would be the width being 2 times the height. I would try to grow a hair that could cover a little bit of the side of your forehead.
I think what makes you think you have a long midface is your philtrum being too tall (or your chin too short?) and your eyebrows being high set. Like 16x your philtrum and 27x your chin. The ideal would be 2 times to 2.25 times the philtrum.
I think growing a beard/mustache indeed helps in that idk.

The pheno thing depends a lot on where u live and the race of the women you want to attract tho. Almost everyone here lives in the west and wants white girls, that's why they care so much about pheno.
For example, i live in Brazil and, unless you are trying to attract rich white girls, 90% of women don't give a single fuck about the person being white or ethnic. So depends a lot on the person you are trying to attract, their "class", the country and culture and, of course, the person preferences.
