I have a bunch of indicators of a narrowed maxilla. For instance narrow lips, narrow eyes, weak cheekbones. Should i get lefort 1 + palate expander?

I have a wide palate too and yet i'm recessed. Palate isn't necessarily related to maxilla.

Jaw line from profile is suboptimal. Ideally it is a straight line (both lines of gonial angle should be straight ideally, for the jaw to the chin- straight line).

You have some concavity in the jaw line, its suboptimal.
