- if you have overbite undergo a mandible sagittal osteotomy, otherwise just get a chin implant or chin lipofilling

he needs double jaw - counter clockwise rotated. there is not alternative

- rhino? cope, its your jaw...grow in the totally wrong direction which made your nose looks like shit but only adressing the jaw will fix your nose
- genioplasty? yes you need it but only together with double jaw

when I was 13 yes. But i said no and start laughing like a retard to the girl, was some girl of the year next mine.
