For your maxilla you can change some habits (swallowing,tongue posture,etc) and get MARPE these things won't give you much but could give you atleast a bit of foward growth and for your mandile you can't do that much would maybe recommed getting a schwarz expander and for your infraorbitals there's no non surgical option really (rep if this was helpful)

what if my ortho says no to having a scwarzs expander even though i think my mandile and maxilla are recessed,

Seconding this. MARPE won't really help that much as most of the forum says. Only people with really narrow palates would benefit from it

just read this today, Highly agree honestly; Im writing a thread as we speak about orthodontics as a whole and unfortunately there are alot of better options than Marpe in terms of Forward Growth, Recessions, ect; Tiktok and this Forum hyped it up too much and barely anyone can get it.

Yes please. I need to get orthodontic treatment on my lower teeth since they are crooked as shit. With you research I might get a better idea on what I want from the tooth jew
